1. Introduction

Welcome to Road Crosser. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Road Crosser mobile game application ("Game") and any related services provided by Road Crosser Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Game.

2. User Agreement

By accessing or using Road Crosser, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent to use the Game. Road Crosser is designed to be family-friendly and does not contain any gambling elements or mechanisms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

When using Road Crosser, you agree not to:

• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Game
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material
• Develop or use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software

5. In-Game Purchases

Road Crosser may offer opportunities to purchase virtual items or currency for use within the Game. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items and currency have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items or currency at any time
• We have no liability for the loss of virtual items or currency
• Purchases are made through the applicable platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to their terms and conditions

6. Intellectual Property

Road Crosser and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Road Crosser Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Game, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Game according to these Terms.

7. User Content

Our Game may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting User Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Game.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Road Crosser Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Game
• Any content obtained from the Game
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Your use of the Game is at your sole risk. The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Game is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
